Devi is a multi-disciplinary creative specialising in visual merchandising and graphic design, with over six years of experience across still and motion. Currently a Creative Artworker at Charlotte Tilbury, she delivers production ready retail assets across global markets, with a strong focus on precision, brand consistency and high quality execution.

With nearly four years of experience in the luxury beauty industry, she has worked across a portfolio of premium brands including Charlotte Tilbury, Clinique, Dr. Jart+, Lab Series, MAC and Bobbi Brown. Her work blends creative thinking with technical expertise, ensuring every output is both visually compelling and commercially effective. In recognition of her impact, she was awarded 2025 Superstar of VM and Store Design.

Alongside her in-house role, Devi works as a freelance designer, collaborating with brands, studios and individuals across industries including healthcare, hospitality, retail, fashion, sport and entertainment. She is known for her adaptable approach, evolving her style to suit each brief while maintaining a strong attention to detail and a clear creative vision.

She is particularly passionate about using design as a tool for positive change, contributing to pro-bono projects with individuals and international organisations to create meaningful, socially-driven work.
